Bottling day at the office

I decided to taste a batch of wine I started two years ago and see where it was in it’s flavor. It was perfect. I sterilized bottles and bottled it within the hour. Pure magic. It’s crazy that I turned grapes, sugar, water, and yeast into a tasty, flavorful beaverage with a little fizz. I wonder at the marvels a person can create out of the world around them. Whenever you get that DIY itch, do the world a favor and scratch it.
